Click for Detail	Tropical Panzer Crew This is a set of four figures of the DAK (short name of the German Africa Corps -- in German, of course), the legendary troop led by the famous Desert Fox, General Rommel. The kit is made up of three infantry soldiers and one Panzer officer from he early days of the African Front. As shown on the box art, it is designed to be used on the deck of a Pz. I light tank(TRS35003 & TRS35008); but it can of course be used with other DAK tanks in Africa at that time, with slight modification. The original master model was sculpted by the famous military diorama builder and figure sculptor, Yoshitaka Hirano. Tristar succeeded well in reproducing these figures as an injection kit set. The figures are divided into many parts so as to retain the delicate touch of the master. Nice color photos of the finished models are printed on the back of the box as building and painting guides. 1 in stock

There were three types of ammo for KwK 37/StuK 37 used in tanks and Stugs. After rearming Pz.Kpfw. IV tanks with the long barrel guns KwK 37 guns were used in support vehicles as Sd.Kfz. 233, Sd.Kfz. 234/3, Sd.Kfz. 250/8, Sd.Kfz. 251/9. Because of a short barrel that gun was called "Stummel". These types of ammo are: standard armour-piercing shell Pzgr. Patr.39, high-explosive anti-tank shell Gr.Patr. 38 HI/C and standard high-explosive shell Sprgr.Patr.34.
